THE RUSC is a seventeenth century house which retains its original dry stone walls. In 1977,  the inside was rebuilt, including foundations and roof. All made with quality and fine materials.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is a 120 square meter two-storey house fully equipped with appliances and furniture

 

The house has diesel heating and fireplace in perfect working order.

The house is surrounded by a 450 m2 garden. This area is constructable, as it is classified as urban.

 

To the west, the views from the garden are direct to the mountains as it is one of the last houses of the village. It is forbidden to build further beyond.
