EL RUSC
SITUATION
THE RUSC is located in the village of Seva in the Osona region in Barcelona province at an altitude of 660 meters and a population of 3,422 inhabitants.
It is one of the entry routes to Montseny mountains and its Natural Park, which reaches a height of 1700 meters.
It is located 10 km from Vic, 66 km from Barcelona, 59 km from Girona Airport, 75 km from the Costa Brava beaches, 115 km from Puigcerdà, 100 km from La Molina skiing slopes or 250 km from Baqueira-Beret to give some examples.
The house is in the neighborhood of Serradal which is right at the entrance of the village, in the western part. It is the last house on the edge of town facing west. There isn’t any other house or building beyond that blocking the view.
It is 300 meters from the town centre (town hall, church, shops and banks), 150 meters from the playground and swiming pool or 1 km from El Muntanyà area.
The Seva train station is BALENYA-TONA-SEVA (Barcelona-Vic-Puigcerdá line). It is 4 km from town. A bus company goes from the station to the center of town.
