SEVA, THE MONTSENY AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA

 

The village of Seva is located in the province of Barcelona, in the Osona region, 66 km from Barcelona and 10 km from Vic.  A mere 35 kilometers away is one of the entrances to the Montseny Natural Park, a mountain range. Its highest peak, Turo de l'Home, is 1705 meters.A very attractive characteristic element is the church of Santa Maria de Seva, as it retains the original Romanesque style bell tower of the twelfth century.
